As an administrator, you control who in your organization can access certain Google Public Data Explorer content. You can turn on the service for everyone in your organization, specific organizational units, or specific groups.
When Google Public Data Explorer is turned off, users may still view and explore public datasets, which are also available to signed-out users. Users will not be permitted to upload or view non-public datasets.
