As an administrator of your organization's Google Accounts, you can control who uses Google Translate. Just turn the service on or off for those users in your Admin console. Users who have Google Translate turned on can translate text, documents, images, and more across hundreds of languages on Android/iOS mobile apps or the web. Users whose service is off are unable to access Google Translate via the website; the Android and iOS mobile apps will continue to work when the service is off, but saved translations are unavailable, similar to a signed out experience.
