As an administrator of your organization's Google Accounts, you can control who uses Google Colab. Just turn the service on or off for those users in your Admin console. Users who have Google Colab turned on can access Colab notebooks, connect to Colab runtimes, and use Colab to write and execute Python code in their browser. Users whose service is off can't access Colab.
If you purchased Colab Pro or Colab Pro+ and you already turned on Colab, your users automatically receive the enhanced functionality when you assign them a Colab Pro or Colab Pro+ license. Otherwise, you can turn on the service or change who receives the service.
