When your administrator makes you a YouTube video approver for your work or school, you can access all YouTube content. After you approve a video or channel and share the link, other signed-in users in your organization can play the video or channel.
- Sign in to YouTube with the account you use for work or school.
- Search for content.
- Click the video or channel that you want to approve.
- Click Approve.
- Share the link to the video with users in your organization. Even when the video is approved, users can't find it in search results, on their homepages, or in recommendations.
If you want to remove an approved video or channel, open the video or channel in YouTube and click Remove.
