As an admin, while you configure custom user attributes, you may see these errors on the Admin console:
- Stale page errors
- Transient page errors
- Permanent errors
Stale page errors
Stale page errors occur when the user browser page hasn't been refreshed and the custom user attribute configuration has changed outside of this browser session (from a different browser window or by a different user).

Transient page errors
You can resolve this transient page error by retrying the action after some time.

Permanent errors
You'll see these permanent errors if you exceed the permissible limits for the number of custom categories or the number of attributes across categories.

| Maximum number of custom categories is 100. | Reduce the number of custom categories to under 100. |
| Maximum of number of attributes across custom categories is 100. | Reduce the number of custom user attributes to under 100. |
