9. Confirm your setup

You need to confirm availability sharing works from Google Calendar Connector for HCL Notes (GCCHN) to Google Calendar and from Calendar to Notes.

Verify Notes-to-Google lookups

1. Wait for the polling agent to run and then check the Google Users view to confirm your setup.
2. Verify the Google Users view shows a list of the Google Calendar users and the following information:
   • Their Google Workspace email address.
   • The location of their Notes mail file.
   • The last updated time and date for the Notes calendar.

Note: The polling agent checks if Google Calendar has been updated since the most recent change was made to the Notes calendar. If Google Calendar hasn't changed, the last updated value remains unchanged.

Verify Google-to-Notes lookups

1. Create an event in Google Calendar.
2. Add the email address of a user in the Domino directory who has been identified as a Notes calendar user.
3. Click Find A Time.
4. The Notes user’s busy periods should be visible in your Google Calendar schedule.
