As an administrator, you can use the data regions reporting dashboard to verify that your data is stored or processed as expected according to the data regions settings that you have set up.

Sign in to your Google Admin console.
Sign in using your administrator account (does not end in @gmail.com).
- In the Admin console, go to Menu ReportingApps ReportsData regions.

What do the status icons mean?
The status icons let you know if your data region settings are behaving in accordance with your service level agreement.

Note: Data regions reports might not reflect policy changes made less than 48 hours ago.
Depending on the version of data regions that you have, the data regions reporting dashboard includes either basic report cards or both basic and advanced report cards containing the following information:
