You can deliver your own instructor-led training to your users, using our customizable Google Workspace training courses. Getting Started with Google Workspace includes 9 separate courses that each focus on a core Google Workspace service.
You can deliver each course in person or virtually. Each course takes about a half a day to deliver, but you can combine or break up training to better fit your schedule.

What's included
Each course is organized by service and includes the following resources:
- Instructor guides—In the Instructor Resources folder, review the instructor guide for each course you're delivering. You’ll get an overview of the course, information about hands-on activities, overall timing, and tips on how to effectively deliver the course.
- Official course slides—In the same folder, familiarize yourself with the presentation slides for each course. Use the speaker notes to engage your audience.
- Student workbooks—In the Student Resources folder, you can find the student workbooks for each course.
Tips for delivering courses
- To get context around delivering the courses, watch a recorded version of each course. The recorded versions are slightly different from what you’ll deliver, but they have similar topics and slides. For the recordings, go to Google Cloud Skills Boost.
- Gather other instructors or teams in your organization and practice delivering each course before starting user courses.
- Present the course to an instructor who has taught the course before to get feedback.
