You can customise your actions to make Project Activate meet your needs and preferences.
You can also control how sensitive Project Activate is when it detects your gestures. If you set the sensitivity to detect small gestures, it's more likely to detect unintentional movement. If you adjust the sensitivity to detect large gestures, it requires more mobility, but the app is likely to activate only when you want it to. Adjust the gesture setting to the largest size and longest duration that you can use comfortably and reliably.
Customise gestures
- Open the Project Activate app.
- At the top right-hand side, tap Settings.
- Scroll to the gesture that you want to edit and tap Edit .
- Gesture sensitivity:
- When you select a sensitivity closer to one, the app will be more sensitive to that gesture. This is better if you make smaller gestures, such as if the corners of your mouth just slightly move when you smile.
- If you make large gestures, pick a higher setting. This means that smaller movements won't accidentally trigger the action.
- Ignore gestures:
- Shorter than means that if you make the gesture for any duration less than the time that you set, it won't trigger the action.
- Longer than means that if you make the gesture for any duration longer than the time that you set, it won't trigger the action.
- Gesture sensitivity:
- To make sure that the sensitivity is comfortable for you, tap Test settings.
- Go back to the 'Edit' screen and then back to the main screen.
