Additional languages for braille display
You can read and write braille with a braille display in 38 languages. These include recently added languages, like:
- English US Braille (EBAE)
- Arabic
- British English
- Danish
- French
- German
- Hungarian
- Malay
- Norwegian
- Portuguese
- Spanish
- Turkish
- Urdu
- Vietnamese
- Welsh
Tip: To switch between braille grades, press Space + dots 1, 2, 4 and 5.
Make gestures to edit text
You can use new gestures for cursor movement, cut, copy, text selection and paste. You can also use several new two-part gestures when you edit your text. To edit with two-part gestures, you must hold to an element while you swipe with another finger.

Tips:
- To feel a vibration when you make a gesture, turn on haptics.
- If the next gesture requires you to hold the same finger on the screen, you don’t have to lift your finger.
Braille display text editing commands
You can now select, copy and paste text with your braille display. The following commands have been added in TalkBack 14.0.
