In-app browser app targeting

Publishers now have the ability to:

• View apps making in-app browser ad requests in the Apps page
• Mark apps with embedded browsers as targetable or finish setup to declare ownership
• Target apps with embedded browsers in the mobile application targeting type of the targeting picker
