Using your Delivery Home workspace

Review your line items and orders that might need attention

The Delivery workspace provides a list of line items or orders associated with you, as a trafficker or salesperson. You can review the line items at risk for underdelivery to help determine if further action is needed.

To view your Delivery Home dashboard:

  1. Sign in to Google Ad Manager.
  2. On the "Home workspace" menu, click Expand and select Delivery.

  3. On the table, under "Name," review your line items and orders and check the "Progress" column for delivery details.
  4. Check the "Problem" column for issues you may want to review and resolve. Values include: 
    • Creatives missing 
    • Underdelivering

You can also customize your view of the data in the workspace:

  • The Recommended filter is automatically applied. Here, you’ll see all line items that are underdelivering and missing creatives in the table. Orders won’t be included.
  • If you click one of your saved filters, you’ll see all line items or orders that match the saved filter’s criteria. Learn more about working with saved filters

Only one inventory type can be displayed in the table at a time—line items or orders.
