Fix AdMob campaigns caused by Google Ads account issues

If you receive a notification that indicates your campaigns aren’t serving ads, you may need to fix issues in your Google Ads account.

Use this table to identify and resolve some of the more common Google Ads account issues.

Notification Possible issue (s) What you can do
None of your campaigns are serving ads because there’s an issue with your Google Ads account. Your Google Ads account has been suspended.

Review the account-related notifications that show on the bar at the top of your Google Ads account screen. Make the necessary updates.

Once these issues are resolved, your AdMob campaigns should start running again.

Your Google Ads account hasn’t been verified. Learn about verification.
Google Ads terms and conditions have been updated.
None of your campaigns are serving ads. To run campaigns in AdMob, you need to reactivate your payment account in Google Ads.

Your Google Ads payment account has been canceled.

Navigate to the payments issue notification that appears on the bar at the top of your Google Ads account screen. Make the necessary updates to reactivate your account.

Once your Google Ads account is reactivated, you can continue running campaigns in AdMob.

None of your campaigns are serving ads because your Google Ads account couldn’t be verified. To fix, link to a verified account or submit an appeal in Google Ads. You recently appealed a Google Ads account suspension. The appeal wasn’t successful, so your Google Ads account is still suspended.

To run campaigns in AdMob, you need to link to a verified, active Google Ads account.

If you want to submit another appeal, from your Google Ads account, on your Overview page, navigate to the "account suspended" error, and then follow the onscreen instructions to submit an appeal.
