Where can I go for help with integrating the SDK?

For technical questions regarding our iOS and Android SDKs, refer to our Google Developers website. If you can't find a solution to your question, you can post to our developers forum.

The developer forum is the best way to receive technical support from our staff as well as fellow developers.

Note: This forum is currently only available in English.

Where can I go to solve performance issues?

You can use the AdMob ads not showing troubleshooter to check whether your Google AdMob account has any ad serving issues and help you solve performance problems with your AdMob account.

How long does it take for ads to begin appearing after the first ad request?

When apps are newly registered with AdMob, it typically takes up to an hour and a few ad requests to allow inventory to build. Because of this, you may not notice live impressions immediately.

Note: In some cases, it may take longer than an hour. Wait 24 hours before seeking additional help.

Once your app is making more requests, you should notice more consistent results. Note that test ads operate through the same channels as live ads. Being able to return a test ad ensures that your application is communicating properly with our network.

Additionally, if you've been asked to submit your APK, or if you've a problem serving Google ads in your Android application, you can complete the APK submission form

How do I report invalid click activity in my account?

If you suspect invalid click activity in your account, use the Invalid activity form to report it to our spam team.

How can I receive CPM or interstitial ads?

Currently. we can only offer CPM banners and interstitials to a select group of publishers. These publishers are chosen on the basis of their performance on our CPC network, as well as other factors related to advertiser demand.

The Google AdMob Team will reach out to you directly if your app qualifies for CPM or interstitial ads.

How do I restore a removed ad unit?

At this time, you cannot restore an ad unit once it has been removed. All ad serving and settings associated with a removed ad unit are disabled, and you no longer have access to the ad unit from the app page.

However, you can still view the ad unit's historical data if it generated reporting data for the selected date range in a report.
