The Review page lets you preview all your variants and rule assignments to make sure that your video project looks the way you want and is ready for export. For each variant you'll see a summary of rule assignments and thumbnail previews of the video at key points during playback.
Filter variants
By default, the Review page shows you all your variants in a table. You can filter the table to display only variants that need your attention.
- Unprocessed – The videos for these variants need to be processed.
- Errors – These variants have errors that you need to fix. Check our troubleshooting page for help.
Search by variant name
You can use the Search field to search your variants by name.
- To see a list of all variants, click the Search field. Select a variant from the drop-down to view it.
- To filter by variant name, enter part or all of a variant name in the Search field.
Edit a variant
If you want to make changes to a variant, click the variant name. You'll go to the editing page for that variant.
View rules
The Rules page shows a summary of the rule assignments for each variant, for example, 'Assigned to two rules, targeting four signals'.
Click the summary to open a panel with details on the rules and signals. If you want to make changes to the rules, click Edit rules at the bottom of the panel. You'll be taken to the Rules page.
Process videos
All videos must be processed before you can mark the project as complete and then export it.
- To process a single video, click Process video for that variant.
- To process multiple videos, select the tick boxes for those variants and click the Process video button at the top. You can't select variants that have errors or that have already been processed. You may want to filter variants to make it easier to select all unprocessed videos.
Processing videos may take a few minutes. The page will automatically update once processing is complete.
If you make any changes to a variant, you'll need to process its video again. If you edit the template, all videos will need to be reprocessed.
Play videos
Once a video has been processed, you can click Play video to watch the video playback.
If you want to make changes, click Edit variant below the video player to go to the variant editing page.
Share your project for review
You can share a preview sheet with anyone who should review the project.
- Open the project that you want to share.
- Click MoreShare preview sheet.
- Enter a name for the preview sheet and click Create.
- Copy the URL and send it to the reviewers.
Anyone with the URL can view the preview sheet without needing to log in. The preview sheet displays all variants for the project with thumbnails and 'Play video' links, and can be filtered by variant.
If you edit the project, the preview sheet will update to show your changes. Reviewers may need to reload the preview sheet.
The link expires in 14 days. To take down the preview sheet before then, go back to the Share preview sheet dialogue and click Remove under the link.
Mark your project as complete
When you finish a project, click Prepare for export to mark it as complete. Projects that aren't marked as complete can't be exported. This prevents anyone that you share the account with from accidentally exporting an incomplete project.
- Saving your project saves your changes and lets you share a preview sheet.
- Preparing it for export changes the status from draft to completed and makes it exportable.
If you need to make changes to a completed project, open the project and click Edit to make it an editable draft again.
Export your project
After your project has been reviewed and approved, you can export it to Google Ads or export it to Campaign Manager 360. Each project can currently only be exported to the ad platform you select when you create it. If you want to create a project for a different ad platform, you'll need to create a new project.
