Asset paths are the location where an asset is stored in the asset library. An asset path tells Ads Creative Studio which file to load when your ad is live.
You can use asset paths in bulk upload sheets to create variants offline.
Get a path for an asset
- Sign in to Ads Creative Studio.
- Click Asset library.
- Find the asset you want the path for.
- Click the asset. A panel opens with more details about the asset.
- In the panel, you can find the path next to Asset Path. To copy it, click Copy. The asset path is copied to your clipboard.
Get paths for more than one asset
It's not possible to copy the path for more than one asset at a time yet. This feature will be added soon. For now, you can figure out asset paths based on which folder your assets are stored in. If your assets for a project are all stored in one folder, the asset path will be the same except for the file name.
- Asset paths start with 'ASSET':
- Next is the folder path to the asset in the asset library. For example, if you have a top level folder called 'Yearly campaigns' and inside of it, another folder called '2025 Fall campaign' where an image asset is, your folder path would be 'My Campaigns/2025 Fall Campaign/'.
- Asset paths end with the name of the asset.
