Link accounts to a manager account

To access existing accounts via your manager account, you must link those accounts to your manager account. You can send a link request from your manager account to the account that you want to link, and the request must be accepted to establish the link.

You also have the option to create new accounts from your manager account. These accounts are automatically linked to your manager account.

Send a link request

You must have an Admin role for the manager account to send a link request.

  1. Sign in to your Ads Creative Studio manager account.
  2. Click Add and thenLink existing account.
  3. Enter the account ID of the account that you want to link. (Learn how to find the account ID.) To link multiple accounts, enter the list of account IDs, one per line.
  4. Optionally, click Preview to check whether your link requests will cause errors.
  5. Click Send Request.

For successful link requests, emails will be sent to users with an Admin role for the other account, inviting them to accept the request. Once the request is accepted, you'll receive an email confirmation and the account will be linked to your manager account.

You can have up to 20 pending link requests.

Accept a pending link request

If you have an Admin role for the invited account, you can accept a pending link request.
