Has ad serving been disabled to my account?
Yes. Your AdSense account is currently disabled for failing to comply with our Program policies.
Why was my account disabled? Can you tell me more about the violations that were found?
You should have received a notification informing you why your account was disabled for policy reasons. Accounts may be disabled for a variety of reasons including but not limited to the following:
- Your account has an extensive history of policy violations and/or repeat policy violations.
Remember that publishers are responsible for the content on every page displaying their ads, even if the content was created by someone else, such as on sites with user-generated content. - Your account has demonstrated deceptive behavior.
- Our policy specialists found an especially egregious site in your account. These may include but are not limited to adult content, copyright infringement, as well as cases of extreme violence and gore.

Can my account be reinstated after being disabled for policy reasons?
As you may know, Google takes issues regarding program policy compliance very seriously. Our Program policies are in place to help ensure a positive experience for our publishers, their site visitors, and our advertisers. As such, our decisions are typically final.
If you feel that this decision was made in error, and if you can maintain in good faith that the policy violations accrued were not due to the actions or negligence of you or those for whom you are responsible, you may appeal the disabling of your account. To do so, please contact us only through our account disabled appeal form.
We will review your request as soon as one of our specialists is available. However, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to disable an account for violations of Program policies, and there is no guarantee that your account will be reinstated.
Please note that due to the volume of appeals we receive, you must leave 90 days between appeals. Any appeal submitted within a 90 day period of the resolution of another appeal will not be reviewed. Consequently you should take care to ensure that your account is free of policy violations before you submit your appeal.
If your account was disabled for invalid activity, please visit our disabled account FAQ.
My account was disabled and my appeal was denied. Is there any way I can rejoin the program? Can I open a new account?
We understand your concern about the actions taken against your account. Our actions are the result of careful investigation by our team of dedicated specialists, taking into account the interests of our advertisers, publishers, and users. Though you might be disappointed with our decision, we are unable to reinstate your account.
Please also note that publishers disabled for policy reasons are not allowed any further participation in AdSense. For this reason, these publishers may not open new accounts.
Will I still be paid out for my AdSense earnings?
Publishers disabled for invalid traffic and/or violations of our publisher policies may be eligible for a final payment of the portion of their revenue that has not been identified as invalid. Upon account disablement, a 30-day payment hold is put in place to enable calculation of this final payment (where applicable). Following this 30-day period, please sign in to AdSense to view your remaining eligible balance (if any) and arrange for payment. Deductions from your final balance for invalid traffic and/or publisher policy violations will be refunded to affected advertisers where appropriate and possible.
Will I still receive tax forms for the payments I've received?
If you’ve received a payment from us in the past, or if you have a payable balance remaining in your account, you’ll still receive a tax form from us if necessary. Learn more about paying taxes on your AdSense earnings.
