By submitting this form you hereby acknowledge and agree that, should Google accept your claim(s) for a Singapore Goods and Services Tax (GST) charge and make such payment(s): *

The original payment(s) associated with the Payment Number(s) provided in this form and which were made to you pursuant to the AdSense Online Terms of Service between you and Google (the “AdSense Terms”) shall be deemed to have been exclusive of such GST; and

the foregoing shall be construed as an amendment to the AdSense Terms agreed upon by you and Google. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing else in the AdSense Terms shall be deemed to be amended or modified, and the AdSense Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
