In August 2023, Google will update our Financial products and services policy to prohibit the advertisement of complex speculative financial products in Denmark. Here are some examples of the complex speculative financial products that will be prohibited under this new policy:
- Contracts for difference (CFD)
- Financial spread betting
- Rolling spot forex and related forms of speculative products
We will begin enforcing this policy update on 31 August 2023.
