Due to the inherent complexities and risks involved in trading the following types of complex speculative financial products, to protect users, we only allow them to be advertised in limited circumstances advertisements for these products in select locations and only if they meet all of the following criteria:
- The advertiser is a licensed provider or aggregator.
- The products and ads comply with local laws and industry standards.
- The targeted location is eligible for certification and the account is certified by Google.
Products or services allowed under Complex speculative financial products policy with certification
Contracts for Difference (CFD), financial spread betting, rolling spot forex (often referred to as "Forex" or "FX"), and related forms of speculative products
The following scenarios would lead to disapproval for Complex speculative financial products
Ad destinations that provide signals for the trading of complex speculative financial products

Get certified to advertise Complex speculative financial products
- Check if you are promoting any products or services that require you to be certified by Google.
- Check if the locations you’re targeting are eligible under this policy.
If your targeted location is not on the list of approved targeted locations, Complex speculative financial products mentioned above cannot be advertised. At this time, we are unable to support advertising in non-approved markets. If your targeted location is on the list, proceed to the next step. - Apply for certification

Appeal policy decision
If you've fixed your destination or believe that we've made an error, appeal the policy decision directly from your Google Ads account to request a review. After we confirm that the destination is compliant, we can approve your ads. If you aren't able to fix these violations or choose not to, remove your ad to help prevent your account from becoming suspended in the future for repeated policy violations.
