The Google Ads policy on traffic devices will change around mid-June 2012. The policy is changing to prohibit ads promoting software or databases that inform users about the location of radars. The current policy which already prohibits radar detectors themselves still applies. The change will affect France. We made this decision for legal reasons. We'll send notifications to affected advertisers. After the new policy goes into effect, the policy description will be updated to reflect this change.
