Instant Reserve cancellation policy

Google provides translated versions of our Help Center, though they are not meant to change the content of our policies. The English version is the official language we use to enforce our policies. To view this article in a different language, use the language dropdown at the bottom of the page.

In order to help you get the most out of Instant Reserve, all campaigns and inventory booked through Instant Reserve are subject to this cancellation policy.

Changes to and removal of Instant Reserve campaigns -- including those made close to booked start dates -- can impact our ability to provide a high level of service to you. We may limit or otherwise change your access to Instant Reserve, including the campaigns you booked, if we detect misuse, disruptive, abusive, or unfair behaviors, including (but not limited to) the following:

  • Removing campaigns before 14 days of the booked start date
  • Large budget decreases
  • Campaigns that aren't eligible to serve within 4 days of the booked start date
  • Booking and not using significant amounts of inventory
  • Pausing campaigns after they've started, removing campaigns, or any activity that causes disruption in serving the campaign

Violations of this policy, or other Google Ads policies applicable to Instant Reserve, may result in removal from access to any special or beta programs in which you participate, suspension or removal of your Instant Reserve campaigns, or restrictions on your ability to book, change or remove campaigns. These policy violation results may also lead to you being charged for a percentage of your booked campaign spend even if the campaign doesn’t serve.
