You can watch what you want using the YouTube app. You can also hide videos that you don't want yourself or your family to see.
Find videos to watch
- On your Android TV, go to the home screen.
- Scroll down to the 'Apps' row.
- Select YouTube.
- Choose an option:
- Browse: Move up or down to find and choose a category. Find the videos in each category on the right side of the screen.
- Search: To speak or type your search, scroll to the left and select Search

- Select the video that you want.
- After you pick a video to play, a control bar will appear.
.Hide inappropriate videos
You can decide which content is available to you and your family.
Important: These instructions only affect your Android TV. You won’t change the settings on other devices that use your YouTube account.
- On your Android TV, go to the home screen.
- Scroll down to the 'Apps' row.
- Select YouTube.
- Scroll to the left, then down and select Settings
