Fractional or Partial impressions

When GRP Audience Guarantee or YouTube Programmatic Guarantee is used, it is possible that reporting will show fractional/partial impression counts. This is because reporting on both ways of purchasing inventory is only shown in billable impression counts. This can result in fractional impressions after billable verification metrics are applied.

Show me an example

For example, if a GRP Audience Guarantee's raw impression count is 110, but Nielsen Corporation says only 25% of impressions are on-target, then you will only be charged for 27.5 impressions.
