Search the series catalogue
You can search for your series in the series catalogue of your Partner Centre account. The series catalogue displays an overview of each series. You can also sort series by status.
To find more details for a specific series, click the series title and go to the 'series detail' page.
Search for series titles
- At the top of the 'Series catalogue' page, click the search box.
- Enter the series name.
- Search results include books with a series title that matches the search terms.
Tip: Searches aren't case-sensitive, and include partial matches. For example, if you search for bill
, search results will show series titles that include 'billionaire'.
Create a series
Use the Series catalogue (recommended)- In the Partner Centre, select Series catalogue.
- At the top right-hand corner, click the + Add series button.
- Enter the series name in the text box.
- Specify the book type.
- You can select between eBook and audiobook.
- Enter a description for the series in the text box.
- This is optional, but recommended. The description is visible to users on the Play Store.
- Click Create.
- In the new series page, click the + Add title button.
- Add an existing title
- Select the book that you want to add to the series.
- Select the series relationship type.
- Add a series number for the book.
- The series number must be a whole number and shouldn't skip or repeat a number in the series.
- Click Save.
- Add a new title
- In the menu, select + Add new title.
- Follow the prompts to create a new book.
- Add an existing title
Tip: This feature is only available for ordered series that are read in a particular order and each title has an associated number.
- In the Partner Centre, select Book catalogue.
- Select the book that you want to be part of your new series.
- In the 'Book info' section, at the top of the page, click the Series tab.
- Add the book to a series.
- Add to an existing series
- Click + Add to existing series.
- Enter the series name in the text box.
- Select an option from the menu.
- Select the series relationship type Save.
- Enter the book’s number in the series.
- Click Save.
- Create a new series
- Click + Create new series.
- Enter the series name.
- Specify the book type.
- You can select between eBook and audiobook.
- Specify the series type.
- You can select between book, comic and light novel.
- Enter a description for the series in the text box.
- This is optional, but recommended. The description is visible to users on the Play Store.
- Click Create.
- From the new series page, click the + Add title button.
- Add an existing title
- Select the book that you want to add to the series.
- Select the series relationship type.
- Add a series number for the book.
- The series number must be a whole number and can’t skip or repeat a number in the series.
- Click Save.
- Add a new title
- In the menu, select + Add new title.
- Follow the prompts to create a new book.
- Add an existing title
- Add to an existing series
- Click Save.
Tips:
- If you provided series information when setting up the book, the data may automatically populate in the text boxes. If needed, you can update the automatically populated data.
- This feature is only available for ordered series that are read in a particular order and each title has an associated number.
Deactivate a series
Use the Series catalogue (recommended)- In the Partner Centre, select Series catalogue.
- Next to the series that you want to deactivate, click More Deactivate.
- In the Partner Centre, select Series catalogue.
- Select the series that you want to deactivate.
- At the top right, click the Deactivate button.
Filter your search
To use filters to narrow your search, click the column headers.
- Filter by type: Series types include audiobooks, eBooks, comic books and light novels. Series type is based on the format that you selected in the book metadata and information.
- Filter by status: Series statuses include live, needs action and deactivated.
Sort by title
Click each column to sort your books by title in ascending or descending order.
