Each book within your catalog has its own settings page. This article helps you to understand the different settings available for both ebooks and audiobooks.
Tip: Some features described on this page are only available in countries or regions that can sell books on Google Play.

Locate your book settings
- Sign in to the Partner Center.
- On the left, click Book Catalog.
- Click the book title.
- Click Book Info

Settings.If you make any changes to your settings, before you exit the page, click Save.
Apply Digital Rights Management (DRM) encryption: Prevents unauthorized copy or print of the book. Learn about DRM options for books on Google Play.
- Tip: When the option is on, users can’t download the book.
Preview limit: Select the percentage of the book that users can preview. It shouldn’t be less than the minimum preview present in your agreement.
Copy or paste limit: Select the percentage of the book that buyers can copy and paste.

The URL where Google Books users can purchase the book directly from you. The URL should point to your website rather than to another retailer. Tip: Google Books automatically provides a list of links to Google Play and third-party retailers. |

The URL of the publisher's website. If you provide it, the publisher name and logo links to their URL. |

If this book should be available for preview on Google Books before its on sale date, in the "About the book" tab, select Yes.. |
Sample length: You can edit the length of your book’s preview that's available to buyers. This can be a percentage of the total duration of each book or a specific duration in minutes. However, it can be no less than the minimum preview duration present in your agreement.
- Samples may appear on Google Play and other Google services.
- Before the on-sale date, no preview is available on Google Play or other Google services.
