Preview Program and Google Play

If you would like to grant your Client Service Provider access to your Google Books account, please fill out the section below. By filling out this section, your Client Service Provider will be able to send books on your behalf and manage your book settings for both the Preview Program and Google Play (if participating). Client Service Provider will not have access to your payment information or reports, unless you provide the additional information in the Payments and Reports section of this form.

Publisher Consent for Payments and Reporting Access *

This box must be checked in order for Google to create a login for your Client Service Provider for payment information and reports access. Do not check this box if you do not want your Client Service Provider to have payments and reporting access.

By checking this box, I consent and authorize the Client Service Provider named above to (a) have a login to access my Google Play Books Partner Center, (b) have full access to all reports and payment information associated with my Google Books Partner Program account, (c) to receive payments on my behalf for the Google Play Books Partner Program and books sold on Google Play and (d) add or edit a bank account for which my Google Books Partner Program and Google Play Books sales payments will be sent.
