You can use Google Calendar on most smartphones by visiting calendar.google.com in your mobile web browser.
Get started
- Open the web browser on your phone or tablet.
- Go to calendar.google.com.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
After you sign in, you should find your Google Calendar events. Your events are synced automatically so you can access your calendar from any mobile device or computer.
Find your calendar
Find your day or monthTo switch between day and month view, tap Day or Month at the top of the page.
To return to the current date, tap Today.
If you recently looked at an event in Google Calendar on a mobile browser, you can find that event when you're offline. However, you can't create or edit events when you're offline.
Note: Offline access may not be available for all browsers or phones.
Data stored on your device
When you access Google Calendar on your mobile browser, data may be stored on your device for improved performance. You might be able to access and clear this information in your browser's settings. For example, you can change your website content settings on Chrome.

Create & edit events
Create a new eventNote: You can't create new events on all browsers.
- Go to calendar.google.com.
- In the top right corner, tap Create .
- Write the title, date, and time for your event.
- To invite someone to your event, write the person's email address under "Add a person to this meeting." They'll receive an invitation email.
- When you're done, tap Save.
- Go to calendar.google.com.
- Open the event you want to edit.
- To delete your event, tap Delete Ok.
- To edit your event, tap Edit.
- After you've made changes, tap Save.
If you have multiple calendars in your account, you can choose whether to hide or show each calendar.
- Go to calendar.google.com.
- Tap Settings.
- To hide a calendar, uncheck the box next to it. To show a calendar that was hidden, check the box next to it.
- Tap Save.
The mobile browser version of Google Calendar doesn't support notifications. If you want to get notifications for your calendar events on your phone or tablet, install the Google Calendar app.
Troubleshoot problems
If you're getting an error when using Google Calendar, you might need to try a different browser. Here are a few things you can try:
- Download a different browser on your phone.
- Make sure cookies are turned on for your browser.
- Instead of using a mobile browser, install the Google Calendar app.
