Between March 31 and April 7, 2021 there was data missing (from display ads served to web environments) which resulted in undercounting the following metrics:
- Begin-to-render Impressions
- Provisional Impressions
- Viewable Impressions
This was caused by problems with a Display & Video 360 and Campaign Manager 360 counting method and how that method interacted with the IMA SDK.
The problem was fully resolved as of April 8, but the data is unrecoverable. No other metrics were affected, including any used for billing.
