If your creative clicks to the wrong page, you may have the wrong landing page set. Or you may have conflicting settings in Campaign Manager 360.
Different creatives have different rules for how to set your URLs. See below for troubleshooting tips.
Display creativesFor display creatives, ad-level landing pages override your creative properties. Check the "Click tags" section of your creative properties. If you want to use these landing pages when your creative serves with an ad, make sure there are no landing pages set at the ad level. To view the ad-level landing pages, check under "Landing page" in the "Creative assignments" section of the ad properties, and follow the link to Set landing pages per exit.
Check the Exits section of Creative events in your rich media creative properties. Here you can set custom exit events with landing pages in your rich media creative properties. Learn more about custom exits in rich media.
Does your creative click through to the landing pages in this section? If not, that may mean that there are landing pages set at the ad level. Landing pages in the ad properties override any landing pages set in rich media creative properties. Check the Creative assignments section of the ad your creative is assigned to. Under Landing page, view the landing pages. You may need to revert to your creative landing pages.
Check the HTML code for landing page URLs. If these landing pages are correct but your creative is still clicking through to the wrong page, it may be because a developer has hard-coded URLs into the creative asset. Check with your developer.
