Viewer profiles ensure Cardboard users experience seamless interaction between their viewer and Cardboard-enabled apps. Using a QR code, the smartphone scans the viewer’s specifications and optimizes Cardboard-compatible VR apps for that particular viewer.
Please note that the parameters below apply only to the official Google Cardboard inspired viewers. If your viewer is using a different type of lenses or a different enclosure, please generate a new viewer profile as described in this section.
