If you have a reseller billing account that’s no longer in use—for example, an invoiced account that you switched to credit card billing—you can still access the account in your Channel Services console. This lets you download old invoices, obtain payment receipts, and so on.
To find closed or suspended accounts:
- Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
- Go to the Billing page.
- Sort the list of accounts by clicking the column headings to sort by product, status, or creation date.
