When you sign up a customer for Cloud Identity free edition, their license cap is 50. If the customer already has Google Workspace or G Suite, their user cap automatically increases.
To request additional licenses for a customer, contact Google Partner Support.

The right pricing plan is based on your customers' needs and how you are managing your customers. For example, contract term is important for companies with a variable workforce. The Flexible Plan allows these companies add or delete user accounts and only pay for the service while it’s used. Some key differences between the plans.

Add licenses | When you add licenses during the annual subscription term, they're added to the existing pre-paid year at a prorated amount and for a prorated term.

Cancellations |
