Cancel a customer's account

You can cancel a customer's account by:

  • Setting the customer's subscriptions to not renew at the end of the subscription period.

Cancel the account at the end of subscription period

  1. Sign in to the Partner Sales Console.
  2. On the Customers page, click the customer name.
  3. Select a subscription.
  4. Next to renewal options, click Update.
  5. In Change renewal options, select Cancel my subscription.
  6. Click Confirm.
  7. Repeat the cancellation steps for each of the customer's subscriptions.
