Manage Classroom assignments

This page is for Classroom students. If you are an administrator and want to learn more, read about the Contextual integrations of Google services on ChromeOS setting.

As a student with a Google Classroom account and active classes with assignments, you can use the Classroom integration on your ChromeOS device to keep track of your assignments. The Classroom integration includes assignment information, such as assignment name, class name, and due date.

View your assignments list

1. Sign in to your ChromeOS device.
2. Open your Calendar. At the bottom right, click the date. Or, press ​​Launcher + c.
3. Above your calendar, you’ll see the Tasks and Classroom integrations.
4. To switch between assignment lists:
   1. At the top right of your assignment list, click Down arrow .
   2. Select your preferred list.
5. To open an assignment in Classroom, click the specific assignment in the list.
6. To view your full list of tasks in Classroom:
   1. At the end of the tasks list, find See all assignments in Google Classroom.
   2. Click Open new window .

You can switch between the following prebuilt lists:

• Due soon—Assignments with due dates in the future. Listed in ascending order of due date, starting from today’s date, with the assignments that are coming next or soonest displayed first.
• No due date—Assignments with no due dates. Listed in descending order of publish date, starting from today’s date, with the most recent published assignments displayed first.
• Missing—Assignments with dates in the past that haven’t yet been submitted. Listed in descending order of due date, starting from today’s date, with the most recent missed assignments displayed first.
• Done—Assignments that have been completed. Listed in descending order of submission date, starting from today’s date, with the most recent submitted assignments displayed first.
