For administrators who manage ChromeOS devices for a business.
As a Chrome administrator, you can monitor the operation and health of ChromeOS devices. You can do this using tools from an approved enterprise device telemetry partner.
Your partner can access ChromeOS device data, including battery health, disk capacity, thermal state, and associated user data. Your partner might contact you about maintaining or improving device health.
Before you begin
- HP Device as a Service (DaaS) is currently the only approved enterprise device telemetry partner tool for ChromeOS devices.
- As well as getting licenses that are required by your partner, you need to order Chrome Enterprise Upgrade and purchase an upgrade for each device that you want to manage.

Step 1: Turn on partner-access device settingsDevices automatically enroll in the top-level organizational unit. If you're not enabling partner access at the top-level organizational unit, configure device enrollment for an organizational unit where partner access is enabled.
