Sometimes, enterprise automation on macOS requires a stable URL to fetch the latest Chrome package. To deploy Chrome Browser to your employees Apple Mac devices, you can request one of the following options:
- The latest stable package using the URL
https://dl.google.com/chrome/mac/stable/ -
The latest beta package using the URL
https://dl.google.com/chrome/mac/beta/
Before you can get either Chrome Browser package, you need to accept the Google Terms of Service and Google Chrome and ChromeOS Additional Terms of Service.
To acknowledge that you accept the terms of service, append the string to the end of the request URL:
accept_tos%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fgoogle.com%252Fintl%252Fen_ph%252Fchrome%252Fterms%252F%26_and_accept_tos%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fpolicies.google.com%252Fterms/googlechrome.pkg
