You can choose to create a Google Account in Chrome or any browser.
You can manage your Google Account by browsing to myaccount.google.com. If you’re signed in to Chrome with your Google Account, you can also manage your Google Account from within Chrome. When you create or manage a Google Account, you can take actions such as:
