You can save your contact, payment, and sign-in info to Chrome. If something doesn't work when you let Chrome remember your info, try these fixes.
Fix issues with passwords
You can fix your passwords in Chrome. Learn more about how to manage saved passwords.
Chrome doesn’t offer to save your passwords
Delete your password and try to sign in again.
Show, edit, delete, or export passwords
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Chrome .
- Tap More Password Manager .
- To show, edit, delete, or export a password:
- Show:
- Tap the password that you want to show.
- Tap Show password .

- Edit:
- Tap the password you want to change Edit.
- Edit your password.
- When you're finished, tap Done.
- Delete:
- At the bottom right, tap Edit.
- Under "Saved Passwords," tap the site you want to remove.
- Tap Delete.
- Export:
- Tap Settings Export passwords.
- Show:

- Alternatively, when you tap and hold the specific saved password in the sign-in sheet, you can also manage your passwords through Show details .
- To find or edit your saved passwords, on your keyboard, at the top right, tap Expand .
- To delete all your saved passwords, learn more about deleting browsing data.
Stop Chrome from offering to save your passwords
Chrome doesn't suggest your saved passwords
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app .
- Tap More Password Manager .
- At the bottom left, tap Settings.
- Turn Offer To Save Passwords off.
If Chrome doesn’t suggest a password, above the keyboard, tap Passwords Select password.
Fix issues with payment & contact info
Chrome doesn't offer to save your payment or address info
If the website splits the payment form into multiple parts, Chrome might not be able to save your credit card. Instead, use your card by adding it to Google Pay:
- Go to pay.google.com.
- Add your info:
- Payment method: Select Payment Methods Add payment methods.
- Address: Select Address Add addresses.

Edit your saved payment info
If your payment method or address is saved in Google Pay, you can link out to Google pay or change your info at pay.google.com.
Stop Chrome from offering to save your payment info
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Chrome app .
- Tap More Settings .
- Tap Autofill forms.
- Turn off Autofill forms.
