To monitor the operation and health of ChromeOS Flex devices in your Google Admin console, turn on reporting and choose which types of information you want devices to report. That way, if you need to contact support, you can share with them information about the device that’s causing an issue, such as Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) model, Trusted Platform Module (TPM) status, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth adapter, and so on.
Turn on reporting

In the Admin console, go to Menu DevicesChromeSettingsDevice settings.
- To apply the setting to all devices, leave the top organizational unit selected. Otherwise, select a child organizational unit.
- Go to User and device reporting.
- Choose what current OS state information is reported:
- Click Report device OS information.
- Select Customize.
- Check the boxes next to the data you want ChromeOS Flex devices to report. Google recommends:
- OS version info
- OS boot mode
- OS update status
- Click Save.
- Choose what device telemetry information is reported:
- Click Report device telemetry.
- Select Customize.
- Check the boxes next to the data you want ChromeOS Flex devices to report. Google recommends:
- Network configuration
- Network status
- Device activity status
- Power status
- Storage status
- Board status
- CPU status
- Graphics status
- Audio status
- Bluetooth status
- Security status
- Click Save.
