Using Sort by

You can use these available sorting options to sort and view the posts most relevant to you. 

Last updated 

Last updated sorts and displays posts based on when they were last updated. The example below shows posts that were most recently updated with new replies. 

Created time

Created time sorts and displays posts based on when they were created. The example below shows posts that were most recently created. 

Relevance 

Relevance sorts and displays posts based on the issue relevance. If you're a PE, you can use this option to find questions you would like to answer. The example below shows posts sorted by most relevant to least relevant. 

Upvotes 

Upvotes sorts and displays posts based on the number of upvotes a post has received. The example below shows posts created in the last 30 days with the most upvotes. 

Replies

Replies sorts and displays posts based on the number of replies a post has received. The example below shows posts sorted by the most replies. 

Duplicates

Duplicates sorts and displays posts based on the number of posts similar to it that have been marked as duplicates. The example below shows posts sorted by the most to the fewest posts that have duplicates. 

Thumbs up ratio

Thumbs up ratio sorts and displays posts based on the thumbs up ratio a post has received. Thumbs up ratio is a ratio of all the thumbs up votes a post has received. The example below shows posts sorted by the highest to lowest percentage of thumbs up received.

To sort through posts:
  1. In the Community Console, select a forum. 
  2. Select Sort by.
  3. In the drop down, choose the sorting option that is most relevant to you. Note: You can only select one option at a time.

  4. To sort posts in an ascending or descending order, select Reverse sort direction
