Adding the code to pages with conflicting elements

For sites that contain conflicting elements such as attribution, story photos, sidebars, and social-sharing toolbars that border their premium content, we wrap this conflicting content in a div class named 'p402_hide' so that these elements that conflict with how the survey appears on your page are hidden. Do not hide or obstruct your ad units.
