Use the headline offer condition [headline_offer_condition] attribute to indicate the condition of the product sold on the landing page of the headline offer.

When to use

Optional Optional for each new product

These are the supported values for this attribute:

  • New [new]. The product is new and has never been used. It's in its original packaging, which hasn’t been opened.
  • Refurbished [refurbished]. While the product isn’t new, it has been professionally restored to working order so that it appears new, and it comes with a warranty. The product might or might not be in its original packaging. This is sometimes referred to as "remanufactured".
  • Used [used]. The product is second-hand. For example, the product has been used before, the original packaging has been opened, or the original packaging is missing.

Note: These values must be submitted in English.

Minimum requirements

These are the requirements you'll need to meet to show your product. If you don't follow these requirements, we'll disapprove your CPP and let you know in your CSS Center.

  • Comply with local laws and regulations when submitting refurbished products. Your target country may have certain laws that relate to refurbished products, so before selling a refurbished product, make sure it complies with the local laws and regulations.
  • Submit the correct unique product identifiers for your product. The information you should submit can vary based on your product’s condition. Learn more about submitting product identifiers.
  • If you sell products of third-party manufacturers that are compatible with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) products, review the additional guidelines for compatible or refurbished third-party products.
