Why this issue is happening
The language in which one or more of your products have been submitted to Google differs from the language on either your CSS product page or the headline offer landing page and throughout the headline offer checkout process.
In order to show your CSS product pages on Google, you must submit your product data in a supported language for the target country for each CSS product page and ensure that the language is the same for your product data, your website, and the selected headline offer landing page. This includes all website pages needed for a user to make an informed purchase all the way through checkout.
You should’ve received an email asking you to update your product data by a certain date.

How to fix your issue
- Investigate your update process to find what could be causing the problem:
- Look for a common problem in your product data that could cause the language mismatch.
- Ensure that you use one of the supported languages and that:
- It is used consistently in your product data and throughout your website. Ensure that the selected headline offer uses this language on the landing page and the whole checkout process.
- All of the relevant links are consistently in the same language as the product data. For example, terms and conditions, refund policies, disclaimers, and others.
- After you’ve addressed the problem, update your product data and resubmit it using CSS API.
