Correct the advertised availability to match the availability on the merchant’s website

Why this issue is happening
When a shopper clicks the merchant’s product page on Google, they expect to find the headline offer that has the product available for online purchase. After clicking on the headline offer, they also expect to land on a page that lists the product.
You received this notification because we found that the product mentioned in the headline offer isn’t available for purchase on the merchant’s website.
Some common reasons for inaccurate availability include:
- Use of IP detection and dynamic landing pages:
- Don’t change the availability of your product on the merchant’s product page based on a user’s location.
- Don’t submit a headline offer that changes the availability of the product based on a user’s location.
- Preorder and sold out products: Don’t submit a headline offer if the product isn’t immediately available for online purchase. Don’t use a headline offer with sold out products or temporarily out of stock products.
- Variant mismatch: Don’t submit a headline offer if the exact variant submitted in the product data isn’t available for online purchase.
- Site maintenance: If the merchant’s website or the online store was under planned maintenance or was temporarily down, verify that planned maintenance or a temporary outage of the site or the online store of your headline offer was the root cause and confirm that it’s fixed before you request a re-review.
- Headline offer doesn’t ship a product to a home address: Don’t submit a headline offer if it has a product that's only available for in-store pickup or that ships to a pick-up point.
- Headline offer buy button: Make sure that the buy button for the headline offer on the merchant website is functioning correctly and isn't grayed out.
How to fix your issue
Investigate your update process to find what could be causing the problem:
- Look for a common problem in your product data that could cause this inaccurate availability.
- Make sure that the merchant website and product data and microdata (if applicable) are updated at the same time.
