Open the Settings page to manage your account settings. Under "Basic information" you can modify your account information:
Choose a name that will be used as the title of your entire collection on the Google Arts & Culture website. The text entered here is included beneath the item details shown in exhibits. It will also let viewers find your artwork by using the search box or the collections filter.
Upload, change or delete the logo that’s displayed as your visual identity on the Google Arts & Culture website.
Make sure it meets our graphic requirements:
- Supported formats: PNG, WEBP
- Minimum width: 300px
- Recommended style: black logo on transparent background
Header Image
Upload, change or delete the header that is displayed across the top of the page dedicated to your collection. The header image may be a star piece from your collection, a picture of your building, or anything you find emblematic for your institution.
Make sure it meets our graphic requirements:
- Supported formats: PNG, GIF, TIFF, BMP, JPEG
- Minimum width: 1200px
Note: The system automatically selects the central area of the image uploaded and it does not offer the possibility of adjusting this selection. If the image uploaded is rectangular, the system will pick the stripe in the middle.
Write the complete description of your collection or project. This text will be displayed on the page dedicated to your collection on the Google Arts & Culture website.
Share the YouTube Channel linked to your artwork on your collection page on the Google Arts & Culture website.
To know what your YouTube channel URL is:
- Sign-in to YouTube with the Google account linked to your channel
- In the account navigation menu, click My Channel
- Copy the URL in the browser’s address bar
Once you’ve copied the URL, paste it into the YouTube Channel field in your account settings.
If eligible, you can also get a custom URL for your channel.
Enter the complete address of your institution, select the country and enter the coordinates. The address will be displayed within a Google Maps view on your collection page on the Google Arts & Culture website.
If you have your own website, this is where you can enter its full URL. The link will appear on your collection page with the following text: “Visit name of your collection’s website”.
