If you're no longer using a billing profile, you can remove it from the list of active profiles. A billing profile can't be deactivated if one or more advertisers is assigned to it.
Before you start
Make sure the billing profile you want to remove isn't assigned to any advertisers. If it is, move all advertisers to another active billing profile in the assignments tab first.
Remove an unused billing profile
- Open your advertiser, then click Advertiser settings.
- Click Basic details.
- Find the "Billing profile" section, then click the name of the billing profile.
- Next to the billing profile name, click the "Active" status to open the status options, then select "Inactive" to deactivate the billing profile.
- Click Save.
