Tier info displays the current contract rates applied to your account. These rates consist of an "Upper" and "Lower" rate. These terms refer to the auction process used to purchase media space.

Display & Video 360 fees are calculated based on the inventory type:

  • Upper (Exchange) rate: Applies to open auctions and preferred or private auction deals.
  • Lower (Non-Exchange) rate: Applies to YouTube and programmatic guaranteed deals.

There is also a section for paid add-ons where you can enable app mediation partners. Line items buying impressions on app mediation partners will incur an 18% fee in addition to the platform fees. Learn more about Inventory source targeting.
