Use browser targeting to target people based on the web browser they're using.
For example, to target people using Google Chrome, open a line item or insertion order, navigate to Targeting 
Targetable browsers
Display & Video 360 currently supports targeting the following web browsers:
- Android Webkit
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Internet Explorer, versions 5–11
- Microsoft Edge
- Opera
- Other (any browser other than the others named here)
- Safari, versions 1–12
To target all versions of Safari, target "Safari" (without any version numbers).
